Break out your bikini or swim trunks, and join us and our hand-picked crowd of artsy, different, funky (and nearly naked) New Yorkers for another exclusive Gemini & Scorpio dance party: the only ones in the 145-year history of the legendary Russian & Turkish Baths. Whether single or coupled, straight or gay, you can have the steamiest bikini-clad dance party night of your life:

We will have the historic baths to ourselves, with every steam room and sauna ready to please, and even a few hand-picked professionals on hand for the optional platzas and massages. There are three levels to the space: the baths themselves, with Russian, Turkish and Swedish steam rooms and ice pool; the main floor with bar and dance area; and the outdoor smoking deck complete with beds to lounge on. Our delightful friend Miyong will bring special Korean scrub mittens for friendly scrubdowns, and HookahMike will host a hookah lounge. There are only 100 tickets available. Last year's party not only sold out in one week, but made the Village Voice Best of 2006. This is the kind of party you always imagine, but can never quite find in real life...and may be the only one where you'll come out cleaner than when you came in.

Inside, Zagnut Cirkus Orkestar, sharp guys in hats and suits playing dance music of Turkish, Slavic, Greek, Romani and Jewish villages with a gutsy and gorgeous singer leading the way, will get you sweating faster than the saunas. DJ Joro-Boro of the infamous Mehanata (Bulgarian Bar), Balkano-Gitano maniac implanted with a TransMundial EthnoMixodelic Radio, takes over after the band with his hot EthnoMesh Megalophonia mix while we dole out pierogies for everyone.

02.14.07. Inside, Luminescent Orchestrii, our favorite New York gypsy tango klezmer punk band (and, according to The New York Times, "most ambitious") will get you sweating faster than the saunas. Infamous DJ Shotnez of Balkan Beat Box takes over after the band with his hot Eastern-European-ethno mix while we dole out pierogies for everyone. ZYR Vodka, a dangerously smooth and mildly sweet quintuple-distilled luxury Russian vodka, will host its complimentary Vodka Rocks bar from 8-10pm. The cash bar will feature beer and wine at decidedly non-NYC prices--and a guest bartending spot from DJ Shakey. You will also enjoy complimentary hand treatments from delicious beauty brand Warm Spirit.
