Let the city sing... Join us for a New York City-style renegade parade through the hidden places. You are invited to participate in an adventure of guerilla art and performance across the streets of Edinburgh. Expect art, performance, music, surprise and delight. Bring hula hoops, noise makers, stilts, flags, bedecked umbrellas, parasols, discreet refreshments, flowers, mobile art, your happy smiling face, wings, masks, lights, friends, lovers and playpals of all kinds. Dress to paint the town red, red, RED. Think big, think elegant and righteous. In case of rain, bring an umbrella - and perhaps one to share.

The event is about participation--your energy and creativity will make this shine. Bring the element of yourself that wants to play. Going renegade means that we do not ask permission. We will be respecting the people whose spaces we share and the police if they decide to join us. Watch out for yourself and others, and play nicely.
