Thank you for coming out to the "Serenity" rooftop film on Saturday. It was just perfect, wasn't it? We're happy to report that we've secured the same location for Thursday's kick-off of bi-weekly summer-long "Firefly" screenings. If these go well, we'll screen "Serenity" again at the close of the series, so tell your friends.
This Thursday, June 11, 8pm-12am, come on down to Brooklyn Sanctuary, 778 Bergen St @ Grand Ave, Prospect Heights, BK for the first two episodes of Joss Whedon's brilliant "Firefly." We'll be on the roof and will move down to the loft in case of rain. If you don't know the show, it's a great opportunity to get hooked on gun-slinging Chinese-cursing smart-ass space rebels who aim to misbehave. $10 sugg donation, snacks + drinks also by donation or BYO to add to the table. No RSVP needed. Invite your friends, but please be discreet coming and going, as this is a private space. Grab a chair from the loft on the way up, or bring blankets/camping chairs of your own.
